The Ethics Department is responsible for providing ethical and theological research and education services for the purposes of leadership and organizational development, consultation, and policy development, in accord with the Mission, Vision and Values of Ascension Health.

As responsible associates, it is our right and duty to talk with our supervisors or the Corporate Responsibility Officer about any situation that we believe may potentially violate laws or the Ascension Health Standards of Conduct. If speaking with your supervisor or the Corporate Responsibility Officer is not the best avenue for you, Ascension Health has established the Values Line.
